Automating the event booking pipeline
From inquiry to signed contract in minutes.
Managing events, proposals, and customer offers usually involves jumping between endless email threads and disorganized spreadsheets. Teams struggle to keep track of contracts, track their performance metrics, and manage client portals efficiently.
AirPlate saw this exact problem. They wanted a centralized space where event management meets automation. LogicLeaps partnered with them to build exactly that — a unified platform that handles everything from requests for proposals to automated CRM updates.

Clients and event managers work from the same connected space.
Offers and proposals move through the pipeline without manual busywork.
KPI tracking and CRM updates happen automatically as deals progress.
Track every proposal, offer, and event detail from a single dashboard.
Clients log in securely to view offers and track event progress themselves.
A complete, secure login system protects every client interaction.
Performance metrics update in real time as deals move through the pipeline.
Transactions and subscription tiers are handled securely within the platform.
Challenges
The scattered proposal process
Three problems stood between AirPlate and the platform they envisioned. Here's what we had to solve.
The scattered proposal process
Handling requests for proposals usually means sifting through messy inboxes and disconnected documents. Event managers waste hours trying to organize client requests and send out offers. AirPlate needed a way to pull all this fragmented communication into one streamlined workflow.
A single event could involve a dozen email threads with a client, each one slightly out of sync with the last version of the offer. Nothing tracked which proposal was actually the current one, so teams were often working off outdated numbers.
Disconnected customer data
Most teams use one tool for event planning and a completely different one for customer management. Users hit a wall when trying to sync their data or track performance metrics. The challenge was building a system that actually talks to their existing CRM without manual data entry.
Every new offer meant manually copying client details into the CRM after the fact, if anyone remembered to do it at all. That gap meant sales leadership never had a real time picture of the pipeline.
Managing scale and subscriptions
As event operations grow, keeping track of who has access to what becomes a nightmare. AirPlate needed a flexible architecture — a reliable way to manage user subscriptions, handle transactions, and provide a dedicated help center all in one place.
Adding a new team member or hospitality client shouldn't require a support ticket. AirPlate needed permissions, billing, and account management to scale on their own, without engineering having to touch every new signup.
Solutions
Here's what we built
A unified event management system
A comprehensive dashboard that handles the entire lifecycle of an event, converted from static designs. Users can manage every detail — from a new proposal to a finalized offer — without leaving the platform.
Automated CRM synchronization
Third party CRM automation integrated directly into the backend APIs. When a new contract or offer is generated, records update instantly, cutting out the manual busywork that usually slows teams down.
A purpose built client portal
A dedicated space for customer engagement, with specialized modules for authentication, KPI tracking, and transaction management. Clients log in, view offers, and check event progress securely.
Results
From fragmented tasks to automated workflows
LogicLeaps helped transform AirPlate from a set of designs into a fully functioning ecosystem, giving hospitality teams the tools they need to close offers faster.
